Survey

We inspect your roof thoroughly before a single tile is touched.

01 Survey — We inspect your roof thoroughly before a single tile is touched.

02 Access — Scaffolding goes up. Your property is protected before we open the roof.

03 Structure — The skeleton of your new roof. Every rafter checked, repaired or replaced.

04 Underlay & Battens — A breathable membrane. Then battens set to exact gauge. The detail that makes the difference.

05 Tiling — Every tile laid by hand. Row by row. No shortcuts, no compromises.

06 Ridge & Weatherproofing — The ridge sealed. Flashings, valleys, and verges finished to last decades.

07 Gutters & Fascia — The finishing frame. Water managed away from your home, exactly as it should be.

08 Complete — Clean, watertight, and built to last. That's the Cullis standard.

Survey

We inspect the deck, drainage, falls, upstands, and any signs of water ingress before anything is touched.

01 Survey — We inspect the deck, drainage, falls, upstands, and any signs of water ingress before anything is touched.

02 System — We assess your roof and specify the right system. For this property: EPDM rubber — a single-ply membrane we're manufacturer certified to install.

03 Preparation — Old coverings stripped back. Failed materials removed. The deck swept completely clean.

04 Deck — Every soft spot, every weak board found and fixed. We never build on a compromised foundation.

05 Insulation — Warm roof system with a vapour barrier installed. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

06 Waterproofing — The membrane rolls out. Bonded down. Sealed completely. This is what keeps your home dry.

07 Edges & Details — Upstands, outlets, flashings, corners sealed. Water has one place to go — the drain.

08 Complete — Inspected, cleaned, and left completely weatherproof. Your flat roof, built to last decades.

Tom and his team have done some great work for us over the last few months on our non standard period house. Attention to detail and his conscientiousness could not be faulted. Definitely use him again.
